Due to the rapid growth of Dolfi the space became insufficient in the historic establishment of Dolfi in Ortisei.
For this reason in the early 2000 it was necessary to design a new home that could integrate in a single location offices, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, and were able to meet all new business needs.
The area suitable for the construction of the new plant is identified Roncadizza, just 2 km from Ortisei, along the road that leads from Ortisei to Castelrotto. |

| The design and supervision of works are entrusted to architect Günther Plaikner of Bolzano, in a single year, from 2006 to 2007 the construction was completed and occupies actually over 50,000 square meters. |

In 2007, the new area is opened. The structure, the modern appearance, has a design perfectly integrated in the surrounding area, emblematic is the grass covering the roofs to minimize the environmental impact of the building, a symbol of the great Comploi family to the places and landscapes which always form the background to the wood.
The research of harmonic and comfortable locations has pushed Dolfi to create environments geared to welcome the public all visitors and tourists who visit each day the "Dolfi Land" world.
All this is the world of Dolfi Land. |

At Dolfi Land guests are welcomed by a large atrium and in the showroom, created and designed by Annamaria Rella Comploi art director of the company, is led through thousands of different articles, to discover the entire assortment of the Dolfi production.
The architecture and design of natural light filtered by massive windows, create games of light that magnify the different types of product. All wood carved products are on display divided into a series of alpine houses and cottages almost forming a small village decorated according to the different seasons of the year. |
